JSM Tele-Page Backup Emergency Procedures
In the event of a Telephone Outage we have the following procedures in place...
920 577-5555 (Sheboygan Number)
920 704-5555 (Green Bay Number)
866 267-3888 (Toll Free Number)
Note: Toll free is active only in the event of an outage!
If you are experiencing difficulty in reaching a JSM pager on the telephone, please try one of the above numbers to make your call. (Alpha Pagers WILL NOT WORK with this method).
When you call this number, you will hear "Number Please" at which time you enter the last 7 digits of your pager number.
Example: 608 376-xxxx is dialed as 376xxxx or 877 245-xxxx is dialed as 245xxxx Then proceed normally. If your pager is a 4 digit pin number, enter only the pin.
Please remember that our Internet paging is independent of our telephone access. If the telephone doesn't work, chances are good that the Web or E-Mail paging will work.
